In crafting a multi-use building that seamlessly combines residential and l commercial spaces, our design approach is rooted in resourcefulness and aesthetic finesse.
The key principles guiding this design include symmetry and minimalism, ensuring that the structure maintains a streamlined and cohesive form. Symmetry contributes to a sense of order and balance, while minimalism fosters simplicity without compromising functionality. This intentional design choice not only optimizes costs but also results in a visually striking building that stands as a testament to a practical yet elegant design.
The first floor of the structure—meant for commercial spaces—incorporates glass as walls to impart a sense of openness and transparency, and providing a sleek and modern appearnce. This choice not only facilitates ample natural light penetration but also establishes a visual connection between the interior and exterior spaces. Transitioning to the second floor meant for residential, vertical railings take center stage as a distinctive design element. This deliberate shift in material not only introduces a layer of privacy and security but also adds a dynamic and engaging visual texture to the building's overall exterior.
The juxtaposition of glass walls on the first floor and vertical railings on the second floor creates a visually captivating composition, where transparency meets structural delineation. This thoughtful combination contributes to an architectural synergy, offering a nuanced and sophisticated aesthetic that seamlessly integrates functionality with design flair.
